V-Report has two options for you to choose from when using our video interviewing platform.
You can use our recorded interviews which allow you to see a much larger pool of talent than ever before. You may type up your questions or you may record them online and send the Interview to as many jobseekers that you wish to take the Interview.
The Jobseeker will receive a link and will then record their answers to your questions once complete you will be notified by e mail of their successful completion and you can then view the interview, you may also send the Interview to as many colleagues as you wish for perusal comment and rating.
You may also then make use of our live interview platform which will allow you a quick 15 minute interview with your candidate, purely to be used as the first step in your recruitment process allowing you to see more jobseekers for your vacancies
